Welcome to Wolverton Hollow™: GlyphLight Stables ("Game"), operated by Laughing Moss Studios™ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Game, website, services, applications, or related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Game.

All game content, including but not limited to:

* Horse designs
* Bloodlines
* Lore
* Storylines
* Worldbuilding materials
* Maps
* Logos
* Music
* Sound effects
* Software
* Databases
* User interfaces
* Graphics
* Written content

remain the exclusive property of Laughing Moss Studios or its licensors.

No portion of the Game may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, licensed, or used without prior written permission.

# 4. Player Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

* Provide accurate registration information.
* Maintain the security of your account.
* Notify us of unauthorized access.
* Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account.

Player accounts remain the property of Laughing Moss Studios.

Access to the Game is provided through a license and does not create ownership rights in any account.

The Game may include virtual horses, bloodlines, currency, items, crops, achievements, collectibles, titles, cosmetics, and other digital content.

These items:

* Have no real-world monetary value.

All virtual content remains part of the Game environment and may be modified, rebalanced, removed, or discontinued at any time.

* Impersonate another player, employee, or representative.
* Disrupt gameplay or community activities.

* Engage in fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action regarding violations of these standards.

# 7. Cheating, Exploits, and Unauthorized Access

You may not:

* Use bots or automated gameplay tools.

Any gains acquired through exploits may be removed.
